• Who will be driving me?

  All our drivers are licensed taxi drivers and all have excellent local knowledge.

• What happens at the Airport?

  Look out for our driver holding a clipboard with your name and flight number. Our meeting point is 'Airport Info'.

• What happens if the flight has a long delay?

  This is why we ask for your flight number. We use this to check when your plane is expected to land. There will be a driver waiting for you when you do arrive no mater how bad the delay is and you pay the price we quoted you.

• How do I pay?

  Pounds stirling only, please, and pay the driver at your destination. We promise a clean, modern Taxi with a driver who will meet you at the airport and take you to your destination for the agreed price and not a penny more.

• Do I need to tip the driver?

  If you feel a tip is appropriate, then please feel free.

• Can I use you for other journeys?

  By all means, please ask us to make your bookings in advance. We can advise you on where is worth a visit, both local and UK-wide places of interest. We can arrange a taxi for trips to anywhere in the UK.

• What if my plans change before I fly?

  Please call or email us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes or cancellation.
